I Like To Rant

We all love to hate these people. These are the people that call you up and try and sale you stuff. The most annoying people in the world.

They always tend to call at the worst most possible time of the day. When im eating dinner or having a shower or when im in bed!!

It must be the worst job in the world and they must get so much abuse off some of the people they call - GOOD, they deserve it.

What gives them the right to call me? If I wanted to talk to them I would call them. If I wanted to buy double glazing I would look in the Yellow pages.

I wonder if there is anyone out there who sits at home thinking “man, I need some double glazing… best wait for someone to ring up and offer it to me”. No there isn’t.. If people want something, they will go get it. We don’t need these ass holes calling us every night offering to sell us stuff, cos if we needed it, chances are, we have it!!

The most frustrating thing about my day is that 10 hours of it are spent working for someone else. Think about all the things you want to do in your life that you just don’t have time for because you spend it working. Now obviously we all need money, but I would much prefer to earn it under my own steam than pouring my efforts into someone else’s business.

Particularly when you think about how irrelevant some jobs are (don’t get me wrong there are also some very important jobs). The strange thing here, is it seems the more pointless the job the more you get paid.

Unfortunately for most of us, salaried (and probably pointless) employment is just the way it is. But it doesn’t mean we have to like it!
